By downloading, installing, or using AI Todo Plus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.
AI Todo Plus is a task management application that provides:
AI Todo Plus offers the following subscription options:
New subscribers are eligible for a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. The subscription will automatically renew at the selected tier's monthly rate unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all rights to the content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Your data is stored locally on your device and may be synced to iCloud based on your settings. We do not have access to your personal task data unless you explicitly share it for support purposes.
AI generation limits reset daily at midnight in your local timezone. Unused generations do not carry over to the next day.
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content. You should verify important information independently.
The App uses OpenAI's API for AI features. Use of AI features is subject to OpenAI's usage policies. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue AI features based on third-party service availability.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Todo Plus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Todo Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Meal plans, workout routines, and other AI-generated content are not professional advice. Always consult with qualified professionals before making decisions about your health, diet, or exercise routine.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Todo Plus from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms are between you and AI Todo Plus only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services with respect to the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
