Yes! All your tasks, notes, and completed workouts are available offline. AI features (workout and meal planning) require internet for generation, but once created, everything works offline.
With your permission, AI Todo Plus can read basic health metrics (steps, heart rate, weight) to create better workout recommendations. You can also save workout progress back to Apple Health. All health data stays private and secure.
Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices and have iCloud enabled. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud and ensure "AI Todo Plus" is toggled on. Sync may take a few minutes.
When creating or editing a task, look for the "Repeat" option. You can set tasks to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or create custom schedules like "every Monday and Wednesday."
Yes! You can export your tasks, workout history, and meal plans. This feature helps you backup your data or move to another app if needed.
